Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by You

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped/processed.
• To cancel, email us immediately at support@studiozue.com with your order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return instead, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Zue Studio

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancy
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders (prepaid) will be credited back within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
